Karajou, Mon, Apr 12, 2010 at 8:40 PM:
This user just signed up in Conservapedia.
Let's see what his intentions are...hopefully they are honorable.
Rob Smith, Mon, Apr 12, 2010 at 10:06 PM:
Don't block him. Or try not to. They're trying to bait us into some argument to carry back to WP and say how unreasonable we are.
BTW, David Gerard is a Rationalwikian who posted on the Data Base Dump. This means focus on RW is moving up the foodchain in WP. I can't appear that I'm trying to bring RW and its prominent founders down, I'm just promoting NPOV, civil discussion, defending interests under attack, and working to build WP into a better editing environment for all users.

Rob Smith, Tue, Apr 13, 2010 at 8:28 PM:
I think we know who EmersonWhite is now. WP User:R friend. His only conrtib was to vandalized my subpage with a link to his Arbcom ruling (R fiend was desysoped for an unjustifiable infinite block on Ed Poor and is a rabid anti-CP editor).
Best to not engage and just ignore him and R fiend in WP if possible. He's a meatpuppet.
Karajou, Tue, Apr 13, 2010 at 8:30 PM:
Should he be blocked in CP with the identifier that he is R Fiend?
Rob Smith, Tue, Apr 13, 2010 at 8:41 PM:
Never mind. It was my mistake. the link to R-fiend's arbcom ruling was put in by my.
But these trolls can come to my user subpage and negotiate if they like.
Karajou, Tue, Apr 13, 2010 at 8:42 PM:
Ok...I will leave them alone unless they willfully damage other CP content.
Rob Smith, Tue, Apr 13, 2010 at 9:05 PM:
That's probably all he came here to do, since User:Hipocrite is already drafting an arbcom complaint against me.
Karajou, Tue, Apr 13, 2010 at 9:39 PM:
I read the postings made in WP and user Hipocrite had already chosen sides before he pushed down the first key on his laptop. Just what business is the whole affair to him?
Rob Smith, Tue, Apr 13, 2010 at 10:00 PM:
Using the what links here button, I bumped heads with Hipocrite in 2005 when I busted him for inserting false in formation in the WP's Joseph McCarthy article. He said it was a "mistake."
When I began this process several weeks ago at the COI#Noticeboard, Hipocrite was there in minutes threatening to have old arbitration sanctions enforced against me (there expired now and can't be used now).
TK, Tue, Apr 13, 2010 at 10:41 PM:
Please concern yourself, first and
foremost Rob, with the actions of Sid on the CP page. I asked what could be
done about this….but no answer.
Rob Smith, Wed, Apr 14, 2010 at 12:08 AM:
He's citing something in the WP:RS (LA Times) which is can'[t be changed. Your problem is just like Lipson's, Lipson can't get the word "vandalism" ever removed from his name in the WP:RS. That's what the big dustup was over, I argued no names should be used, not Bria, Lipson, or anyone. I lost, for now.
Eventually as we progress, and RW is seen as the source of the libelous content in the Hit List fiasco, Lipson & Trent both will see my position -- privacy is a concern here. And there are Bureaucrats watching.
The problem now is a big fight over lack of mainstream or RS for refuting the Hit List. So shhhhh.....here's the plan....
I'm going to put in all the existing RS that say CP published a hit list (qualified with "errantly published") Everyone knows its bogus, now WP is faced with the problem of cleaning up the damage RW did to CP's reputation. That can only by done by stripping out all references to real life names from the LA Times, and citing RW as the cource of malicious cybervandalism.
But to get your real life name off talk, you can't. Unless Sid anywhere on the wiki makes reference that User:TK-CP is the same person cited in the Simon article (maybe he has somewhere already.....I'm gonna do a search right now.......
Rob Smith, Wed, Apr 14, 2010 at 12:22 AM:
Ok, here's a plan. WP search doesn't bring back the talk:CP for Koeckritz
which they got a switch shut off somewhere after I raised the issue of privacy -- meaning unlike Hipocrite's claim the issue is resolved, it's not.
So, you can contact an Admin somehow quietly, Papa November or BFizz, they're the best ones. Just NOT Hipocrite.
Explain you would like your name removed from Sid's posting. Tell them you've known Sid along time, have discussed RW & CP business with him, and you honestly think Sid did this to hurt you. Ask the neutral Admin to be fair. Don't make threats or anything. Maybe mention Hipocrite closed the privacy concern off as resolved and you felt the specific issue was never even discussed yet.
Add that in important issues like this, just like on the Talk:Rationalwiki page RW editors, many with a COI just constantly seem to railroad through consensus with sockpuppets and meatpuppets, and you think this is unfair.
Note this seems to be the case for several years now. That Rationalwiki editors have exerted WP:OWN over all Conserveapedia related articles.
TK, Wed, Apr 14, 2010 at 1:13 AM:
All of this is on Papa November’s talk
page, including the
posting by Trent
that I should go hang myself.
I also emailed “Oversight” which is
supposedly monitored 24/7, but in two hours, no response.
Sid reposted the information he put on the
CP-Talk page on Papa’s own talk page. Papa has edited the page, split the old
CP convo apart from the new one, but didn’t bother to remove the names Sid
added there, nor has he touched the CP-Talk page either.
There is no justice on Wikipedia.
TK, Wed, Apr 14, 2010 at 1:15 AM:
Please read the L.A. Times article
carefully. It in no way says “Terry Koeckritz” is CP Administrator “TK”.
Watch the periods and commas, Rob….and Tasha isn’t an Admin on CP, either.
Rob Smith, Wed, Apr 14, 2010 at 2:07 AM:
No, there are potentially big time violations on Sids part, and it's been caught already.
Cool down, wait for a private response. Get copies of emails or whatever (no more than two or three) and show them Sid is very much aware of your desire for privacy.
This shows malicious intent on Sid's part, using Wikipedia's webserver. Jusitce will be swift once the data is analyzed.
