Again, when have you seen Tom at a loss for words in expressing displeasure?
What does understand mean to you?  People will very seldom be in total
agreement on being blocked, but I would actually prefer understand to
accept.  If he understands the reasoning as to why he was blocked, and was
not complaining, then for Tom that already speaks volumes.  I'm not sure why
you're still pushing this one.

Allow me to draw a connection to the other discussion regarding attempts to
bring back AmesG.
Tom is undoubtedly liberal, but he has at least attempted to make mainspace
edits and even write articles, and there is also no specific evidence
connecting him to RW. This is what I mean when I say there is no reason to
bring back Gxxxx to show a liberal POV when we have users right here like
TomMoore.
