Quite the computer expert. He should be encouraged to do technical
work for CP. What say you? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Tisane

Karajou <kara...@gmail.com>, Thu, 15 Jul 2010 23:14:46 -0500:

He edits at a wiki called Libertapedia, which was founded this year.  He
also heard about RW, and this is the article he done on it:
http://libertapedia.org/wiki/RationalWiki

He also did much of the unflattering lines in the article about
Conservapedia, which also contains hints at the overthrow of the site,  In
my mind he has a warped, distorted view of what conservatism is, and we
don't need his help.

Karajou <kara...@gmail.com>, Thu, 15 Jul 2010 23:18:39 -0500:

Did we ever have a "Nathan Larson" who turned out to be a troll and was
blocked?  If so, this link (
http://libertapedia.org/wiki/User:Individualist_of_the_steppe) alleges that
he and Tisane are one and the same.

Karajou <kara...@gmail.com>, Thu, 15 Jul 2010 23:25:10 -0500:

http://www.conservapedia.com/Special:Contributions/NathanLarson

He and Tisane are the same guy.

Karajou <kara...@gmail.com>, Thu, 15 Jul 2010 23:33:13 -0500:

He was also on as JCMerlino; TK blocked both accounts.

What I'm seeing from this guy is: he acts in much the same way in
Liberatarianwiki (whatever it's called) as anyone does in RW, but without
the swearing; he acts as though he can say or do anything he wants in any
wiki, regardless of who owns it; he believes he can change Conservapedia
with less-than-honest means...as in three different user names for
starters.

Any thoughts from anyone else?

"TK" <terry.92...@gmail.com>, Thu, 15 Jul 2010 21:36:12 -0700:

I don't know..on the first link you gave, on the talk page, Tsane is
conversing with the user you seemed to indicate was also this guy...

Anyway, no matter, libertarians are welcome, of course, just keep him on the
conservative path for CP. ;-)

Well, we will see..perhaps I will have some luck converting him to
conservatism!

Karajou <kara...@gmail.com>, Fri, 16 Jul 2010 13:37:59 -0500:

http://libertapedia.org/wiki/User_talk:RBLibertarian

There was a concerted plan to introduce their views on our site; in the
above case it's pretty innocuous, but the record from their site shows that
their views are ant-conservative, and anti-Conservapedia.  One editor left
that site (user FreedomFighter) because he would not tolerate user Tisane's
call for selective assassinations of people in various governments (
http://libertapedia.org/wiki/User_talk:Tisane#Sorry).

My own opinion on Tisane/NathanLarson is that he is a nutcase.  Primary goal
here would be to get him to accept Jesus as his Savior.

"TK" <terry.92...@gmail.com>, Fri, 16 Jul 2010 13:35:43 -0700:

All good points, but doesn't rise to enough "evidence" to claim he is out to
destroy CP.  Change is another story, I agree, but so long as Andy, you, the
other Admins and I are around he won't succeed, Brian.  Jensen was a
libertarian, a masked one at that, even went so far as to claim Reagan was
one!  Where did his not insignificant get him? Nowhere!  Now he is busy
constantly fighting a death of a thousand cuts back at Wikipedia.  I guess
the guy was a masochist at heart!

You are so correct about the need to be vigilant.  Let him devote his energy
to valid contributions to CP, and we will reverse anything smacking of the
promotion of assassinations and the like, which of course would be contrary
to the teachings of Jesus Christ.  Our roles are like that of
cops..encouraging productive behavior that will move Conservapedia ahead,
while planting a boot on the back of their necks whenever they stray too far
from conservative orthodoxy into the bizarre and dark world of conspiracy
and the para-military.  As someone who has served our country with honor,
you know better than most where such "theories" will eventually lead
America.  Even with Obama, we know that the system does work, will
eventually be his undoing, the undoing of his far-left travelers.  I am
certain that those who served under the recently defrocked Captain in the
Navy suffered much despair..but no one can cover up their dark motives and
egocentric behavior for long !

I wouldn't be inclined to support kicking the guy out, because as we saw
with Jensen, when they finally learn they cannot alter CP from what Andy
intended, they leave..and in the meantime we honor their good contributions
while being steadfast in watching their edits and reverting anything that
smacks of racism or the para-military.

His new posting of Wikiversity within our site lead me to the second link.
Does this represent a conflict of interest?

Ask Geo.he's an Admin there.  ;-)

Arrrggghhh...maybe I'm jumping to conclusions and ending up drowning in the
barrel of wishy-washyness!

Are you completely out of Coke again, Brian???

yeah...just have Pepsi...the choice of a gay generation! :P

Geoffrey Plourde <geo.p...@yahoo.com>, Sun, 18 Jul 2010 00:19:17 -0700 (PDT):

I don't really see a conflict of interest here as long as he accurately depicts
the project's purpose. Inherently there is nothing wrong with someone making an
article about something they do as long as they respect the rules.
