We create departments based upon curriculum, just like in a
university. We start it out by re-designing the main page to create a
"navigation block" of sorts, where these departments are set inside,
and from there the reader can go to the desired space with ease.
Each of us would be assigned a department to over-see the operation;
from there we would delegate other members and editors as to what they
could do, what articles are needed, how they are written, and so on.
For starters, I propose these department titles:
Christianity (this must be kept separate from Religion)
Science, for example, would have many "sub-departments" (for want of a
better word) within it, among them:
History would have...
Medieval History, etc
From the link on the main page, one would go to the main page for
Religion, which would be a specially-designed page introducing the
reader to the various aspects of religion, including the major world-
wide religions; pagan religions; ancient religions, etc.
We could screen new editors and find out what interests them, set them
within these departments, and perhaps we could cultivate them into
creating new articles (they would still be free to make edits to
